Welcome!

For more info about the threads of love project and details about how you can contribute link to my first post http://quilt4nie.blogspot.com/2008/09/welcome-welcome-what-please-donate-4.html

Many suggestions have been made to make quilts for the Chief, Stephanie, and Christian as well. I would be happy to sew more quilts with any extra fabric I receive. If you would like to contribute to their quilts I am also going to start a collection for each of them. Thank you for supporting the Nielsons through threads of love!

Snowflakes

I raced to the post office this evening and among the veterinary magazines, junk mail, and mail for previous box holders I found a beautiful card containing the first blocks arriving from the UK! Melanie sent this beautiful snowflake print with sentiments, she writes "I enclose 4 squares of snowflakes as Nie misses the snow in Arizona, and red looks like her favourite colour." Thank you Melanie!

Thanks for linking me to this site. I will start looking around this evening for some material and will gladly send it ASAP. I put the link button on my blog as well, so hopefully others will follow! Thanks again for including me.

Glad they arrived from here in the UK safely and quickly. Nie said in a post how much she missed the snow. These little snowflakes are a way of the children sharing something their mother loves.
